Refunds
If you cancel within the withdrawal period, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, with no fees charged to you.

By starting the download, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the software and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.
